Paul is the Strategic Lead for School Improvement for Caerphilly Local Authority. His role includes responsibility for Caerphilly Music Service. He has extensive leadership experience in the primary education sector and has an educational doctorate with a focus on literacy.

Gwenno has over twenty years of experience in culture and heritage specialising in arts engagement. She is a Fine Arts graduate and a qualified secondary school teacher, She is Vice-Chair of Eleni, on the board of the Wales Arts in Health and Wellbeing Group and a member of the Engage Cymru development group.

Trustee, Dr Cameron Gardner

Trustee, Sharon Davies

A music educationist, theorist and analyst. Cameron is a Senior Lecturer in Music and International Director at Cardiff University School of Music, and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Sharon is Head of Education at the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA). Prior to joining the WLGA, she worked as the Head of Learning at Torfaen County Borough Council. She was also a Primary School Headteacher in Wiltshire.

Eleri is Head of Learning at Amgueddfa Cymru. She was previously Learning Manager at National Museum Cardiff and a secondary school art & design teacher.

Stuart is Director of Business at Caerleon Comprehensive School and has worked in the field of education for all of his career.

David leads the Arts Development team at Caerphilly County Borough Council, He has visual arts experience and is a qualified secondary school teacher.

Trustee, Jamie Jenkins

Jamie is the Dance Producer for National Youth Arts Wales and Curriculum Leader for creative industries at Coleg Cambria.

Network Co-ordinator, Enlli Parri

A graduate of the Guildhall School of Music & Drama with a First Class Honours in BMus. She has also recently been appointed as 2nd flute at the Welsh National Opera.
